Through conversation\, music\, and art\, the event encourages reflection\, connection\, and cross‑cultural understanding. \nFeatured Speakers\n\nProfessor Boulou Ebanda de B’Beri\, University of Ottawa (Media and Cultural Studies)\nMs. Tasha Simon\, Senior Specialist\, Indigenous Program\, University of Ottawa\nMr. Ron Korb\, Grammy Award–nominated and Juno Award–winning flautist and composer\n\nModerator: Professor Adrian Harewood\, Carleton University\, renowned retired CBC Television Ottawa news anchor \nSpecial Performance\nThe evening includes a 15‑minute musical performance by Ron Korb\, highlighting music as a powerful form of storytelling and cultural expression. \nArt Display\nAn on‑site art display will feature works by five distinguished local artists from diverse backgrounds:\nAndy Ahkanga\, Emily Akikodjiwan Brascoupe‑Hoefler\, Maya Hum\, Don Kwan\, and An Nguyen. \nLight refreshments will be provided. \nNote\nThis event will be conducted in English only.\nSimultaneous French interpretation may be available upon request if requested by May 15\, 2026. \n**************************************************************** \nVeuillez noter que cet événement se déroulera en anglais. \nParcours personnels est une soirée de récits et de dialogue réunissant des voix diverses afin de partager des expériences vécues\, explorer les questions d’identité et découvrir des points communs entre les cultures.
