Immerse yourself in Indian classical music and dance at Calgary’s iconic Studio Bell with maestros of the craft. Featuring sarangi exponent, Pankaj Mishra, and on the tabla, prized disciple of the legendary Pt. Kishan Maharaj, Vineet Vyas, the evening will begin with a presentation of traditional ragas with an instrument that can mimic the sweetest gayaki. Following the music, see a Kathak showcase by Bageshree Vaze, trained under the legend Pt. Birju Maharaj, who will grace the stage accompanied by live music and vocals from Kavita Mishra.
