Fort Macleod x Calgary Chinatown

We are excited to announce our first partnership between Asian Heritage Foundation (AHF) and rural Alberta in honour of Asian Heritage Month.

Our first tour opportunity will bring members of the Fort Macleod community to explore the food, culture, and history of Calgary’s Chinatown.

Please note, this event is primarily intended for participants from rural communities and may have limited relevance or accessibility for residents of Calgary.

The tour will include:

• Dim sum brunch
• Historical Chinatown Tour (Chinese medicine consultation, Cultural Centre visit, Chinese bakery stop, etc.)
• Shopping at Dragon City Mall
• Tai chi demonstration and lesson
• Bubble tea and egg bubble waffle tasting
